Open Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Fusion Middleware Control login page http:// SERVER:IP /em) in a browser.
Enter valid user id and password and click ‘Login’ button.
If the user id and password are valid, it will open Oracle enterprise Manager 11g Fusion Middleware Control.
Expand the ‘Weblogic Domain’ folder in the left hand panel and right click on the BI domain.
This will open a popup menu.
Click on Security -> Application Policies
Select Application Stripe ‘obi’ and click on ‘Create’
Add (+ Add) Application Roles and Permissions to those roles.
Click ‘OK’ to finish.
New Application Policy will be created.
